Employees must safeguard confidential company information. Violation of company rules includes asking other employees to violate the rules, not reporting a violation or failing to cooperate in an investigation. Violating company rules will result in discipline. Discipline may vary depending on the circumstances and may include a letter of reprimand; demotion; loss of merit awards or bonuses; suspension; termination, or a combination of any of these disciplinary actions.
