The new HG Gear Centres are specifically designed for the highly efficient and flexible production of mid-size and large geared workpieces up to an outside diameter of 2,400 mm. The modular construction principle allows to configure exactly the machine which is required for your particular manufacturing task. Choose between the regular, one-table machine dedicated to one specific manufacturing process or combine the available options to a multi-purpose gear manufacturing centre, which can be easily converted from a roughing machine to a grinder and vice versa.
The HG gear centres are available in three standard gear diameter sizes, the HG 1200, HG 1600 and HG 2400. The HG 1200 is also available in a twin-table version (HG 1200 invento), which eliminates non-productive auxiliary times almost completely.
