In Brazil, Samputensili was established in 1975 in the manufacturing plant in Jundiaí, located 50 km from São Paulo City .
The Jundiai facility has 100 of employes. With a production capacity of 6.000 pieces per year, is the second most important plant in terms of manufacturing volumes. Hobs, shaper cutters, master gears, plug gages, ring gages, chamfer and deburring tools, rolling tools, rack cutters, shaving cutters and grinding wheels  are produced in Brazil and a sharpening and recoating facility is in operation.
The Samputensili’s service center provides fast, efficient and high quality services, such as: sharpening/recoating of hobs, sharpening/recoating of shaper cutters, profile grinding of gears and profile grinding of rack cutters.
Seeking for continuous improvement of its products and services, Samputensili do Brasil  has an  “in house coating center”  in partnership with the Oerlikon Balzers Coating, where high technology equipments to provide coatings are available for the most different applications.
The plant currently has an average tool production capacity of 12.000 pieces per year.
