H 250 CD


A H 250 CD é baseado na série H-modular de máquinas de fresagem médias. Sua unidade integrada de chanfra e rebarbar, rebarba e chanfra engrenagens e eixos de até 250 mm de diâmetro. Ambos os processos são executados em tempos cobertos com o mínimo de tempos auxiliares. As peças são trocadas por um carregador tipo ring-loader de 4 estações onde as peças se posicionam diretamente sobre o magazine porta peça ou esteira transportadora. O processo de chanframento / rebarbação está completamente integrado na cadeia do processo pelo CNC e controlado por um sistema unificado de interface com o operador de fácil utilização.
