The H 250 R is the strongest version within the medium H series. Its sturdy, high-torque hob head is designed for applications with large modules and tooth depths which require higher cutting forces. The H 250 R is fitted with an extended tool head swivel for higher helix angles and a countercolumn extension in order to clamp longer workpieces like shafts. For more efficient handling, the machine can be fitted with a heavy ring loader or can be directly linked to an external robotic loader. The H 250 R is available with a rotor-specific software package, developed under real manufacturing conditions.
